Jess Release: Evil Empire expands

The Jess Release

Good news! We’ve made it official!

As you may know already, Jess Edwards has been a part of the Evil Empire team for a few months now, but we decided to take it to the next level.

On bended knee, we asked her if she would do us the honour of allowing us to send out a press release about her appointment as an Evil Empire henchperson.

To our delight, she said YES!

So here it is – the Jess Release.

Please read it thoroughly as it may be on the test.

Jess Release: Evil Empire expands

Swindon and Wiltshire’s Evil Empire has expanded its team as demand for its multi-discipline marketing services increases.

Now entering its 7th year in business, the agency has taken on Jess Edwards as its new Account Marketing Manager.

With a marketing degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University and several years’ experience working in-house for businesses across the region, Jess brings an impressive skillset and aptitude for building solid client relationships, helping to generate even better results for Evil Empire’s clients.

Her eye for design and her considered approach to marketing strategy have already been put to good use across Evil Empire’s diverse portfolio.

Jess said, “Before I joined Evil Empire I was already aware of the agency’s reputation and stand-out brand, and I am excited to have joined the team at a time of growth across all areas of the business.

“Today’s marketing landscape has shifted from where it was two years ago. We have seen more clients looking for a full-service agency – somewhere they can turn to for support with social media, design, copywriting, PR, strategy, video and photography. We’re proud of our in-house skillset that allows us to provide a one-stop service to these clients.”

Evil Empire was established by Sara Witham who, having worked with external agencies in the past, saw a niche for a business to meet the fast-paced demands of modern marketing.

Sara said, “We’re over the moon to have another ‘henchperson’ join the Evil Empire – and Jess is the perfect fit for our team. Her eye for design and level-headed approach to marketing has already added real value to our clients as we continue to grow the empire.

“2025 has started at a fast pace for us, bringing new clients and fresh opportunities, so we’re delighted Jess has joined us at this exciting time.”

Coinciding with Jess joining the team is the unveiling of the brand-new Evil Empire website which has already proved popular with visitors.

Sara added, “We get a lot of positive comments about the website. It’s something a bit different and reflects our slightly-unhinged, slightly off-the-wall brand.

“Beyond the skulls, bombs and general craziness there is lots of information about our pedigree and the range of service we provide, so visitors to EvilEmpire.co.uk know they are dealing with seasoned professionals with marketing experience and expertise.”
